Welcome to our beautiful vacation apartment.
When you walk through the front door, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. The dining area overlooks the conservatory, a cozy place to sit and read in bad weather.
From the kitchen, you enter the bedroom, which features a large double bed and an open wardrobe. A mirror and a vanity complete the look. Our mattresses are dust mite-resistant.
At the level of the dining area, you'll find the living room with a large satellite TV and a comfortable couch, which can also be converted into a bed. Behind it, separated only by a sliding door, is the bathroom with a spacious, almost walk-in shower. A towel radiator is mounted on the wall.
We provide bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels and are happy to change them upon request.
We offer a storage space for your bicycles, and the batteries can be charged in the conservatory.
Our heated swimming pool is also available to our guests from May to the end of September, as is the outdoor shower.
If you'd like to grill something in the evening, you are welcome to use the grill and dine on the terrace.

Our apartment is usually designed for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people. The couch in the living room can be converted into a bed. An additional €15 per day applies for each additional person.
Our apartment is strictly non-smoking. We also ask that you refrain from smoking around the pool.
Upon booking confirmation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 10%, and the remaining amount upon arrival.

Willkommen in unserer schönen Ferienwohnung.
Wenn Sie durch die Eingangstür kommen stehen Sie schon in der voll eingerichteten Küche, mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Waschmaschiene und Geschirrspüler. Vom Essplatz aus blicken Sie zum Wintergarten, dort lässt es sich bei schlechtem Wetter gemütlich sitzen und lesen.
Von der Küche aus kommen Sie in das Schlafzimmer in dem sich ein großes Doppelbett und ein offener Kleiderschrank befindet. Ein Spiegel und eine Schminkkommode runden das ganze ab. Unsere Matrazen sind mit einem Milbenschutz versehen.
In Höhe des Essplatzes kommen Sie ins Wohnzimmer mit großem Sat-TV und bequemer Couch, welche sich auch zum Bett umbauen läßt. Dahinter, nur durch eine Schiebetür getrennt, liegt das Badezimmer mit fast ebenerdiger geräumiger Dusche.
An der Wand befindet sich ein Handtuchheizkörper.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchentücher werden von uns gestellt und gerne bei Bedarf gewecheselt.
Für Ihre Fahrräder bieten wir Ihnen einen Unterstellplatz und die Akkus können im Wintergarten geladen werden.
Unser beheizter Swimmimgpool steht auch unseren Gästen von Mai bis Ende Septembervzur Verfügung, sowie auch die Außendusche.
Möchten Sie mal Abends etwas gegrilltes, so dürfen Sie gerne den Grill benutzen und auf der Terrasse speisen.

Unser Appartement ist ein reines Nichtraucher-Appartement. Auch am Pool bitten wir darum nicht zu rauchen.
Bei Buchungsabschluß bitten wir um eine Anzahlung von 10% , bei Anreise bitte die Restsumme.
Wir freuen uns Sie demnächst bei uns im Paradies begrüßen zu dürfen. |
