„Seit Kurzem macht ein blutgieriger, heimtückischer Wolf die Gegend unsicher. Ein kleines Kind und das beste Kalb eines Bauern fielen ihm schon zum Opfer. Eine Treibjagd soll wieder für Sicherheit sorgen: Wer den Wolf tot ausliefert, erhält 100 Mark, wer ihn lebend fängt, sogar 300 Mark. Aber ist in den Wäldern auch wirklich ein Wolf? Wer hat ihn denn schon gesehen? Übertreibt das Amt nicht wieder einmal? Rotkäppchen macht sich frohen Mutes auf den Weg zur kranken Großmutter, die hinter einem düsteren Wald wohnt. .. „

Das Papiertheater „Kleine Auszeit“ dreht das Rad der Zeit zurück und spielt das bekannte Märchen,mit dem Orginal-Text der 1880 erschienen Fassung für das Papiertheater.
Dornröschen findet sich in der Märchensammlung der Brüder Grimm ebenso wie in der Sammlung von Ludwig Bechstein. Der Handlunsgablauf ist zwar identisch, Bechstein betonte jedoch die ausschmückenden Erzählmomente, und eben daran orientiert sich die Dramatisierung für das Papiertheater.
Zusätzlich zu den Nachdrucken der alten Bühnenmotive und Figuren, entführen historische Drehorgel-, Spieldosen- und Musikautomatenklänge in längst vergangene Zeiten.

“Recently, a bloodthirsty, treacherous wolf has been unsettling the area. A small child and the best calf of a farmer have already fallen victim to him. A hunting party is supposed to restore safety: Whoever delivers the wolf dead will receive 100 marks; whoever catches him alive even 300 marks. But is there really a wolf in the woods? Who has seen him? Is the office exaggerating once again? Little Red Riding Hood sets off cheerfully on her way to her sick grandmother, who lives behind a gloomy forest...”

The paper theater "Kleine Auszeit" turns back the wheel of time and presents the well-known fairy tale with the original text of the 1880 version for the paper theater.
Sleeping Beauty can be found in the fairy tale collection of the Brothers Grimm as well as in Ludwig Bechstein's collection. The plot sequence is identical; however, Bechstein emphasized the decorative narrative moments, and it is based on this that the dramatization for the paper theater is oriented.
In addition to the reproductions of the old stage motifs and figures, historical sounds from barrel organs, music boxes, and musical automata transport the audience to long-past times.
Duration approximately 30 minutes, recommended for ages 4 and up
