Das vom Rotary Club Eschwege gestiftete 16-Glockenspiel ist auf dem Marktplatz an der Giebelseite zwischen zwei Rathausgebäuden zu sehen. Ein Glockengießermönch schlägt eine Glocke. Das Glockenspiel ist mehrmals am Tag zu hören, unter anderem wird das Dietemannlied gespielt. Der Dietemann ist die Symbolfigur der Eschweger und ist auf dem Turm des Landgrafenschlosses zu jeder vollen Stunde zu sehen und zu hören!
The 16-bell chime donated by the Rotary Club Eschwege can be seen in the marketplace on the gable side between two town hall buildings. A bell-casting monk strikes a bell. The chime can be heard several times a day, including the Dietemann song. The Dietemann is the symbol figure of the people of Eschwege and can be seen and heard on the tower of the Landgrafenschloss at every full hour!
