Die heutige evangelische Kirche wurde in den Jahren 1838 bis 1840 erbaut. Der Turm mit einer Höhe von annähernd 50 Metern zählt zu den höchsten in der Region. Aufgrund seiner Größe wird die evangelische Kirche auch „Einrichdom“ genannt. Einrich heißt die Region, die sich nordöstlich der Kirche bis zum Aartal erstreckt.

Today's Protestant church was built between 1838 and 1840. With a height of almost 50 metres, the tower is one of the tallest in the region. Due to its size, the Protestant church is also known as the "Einrichdom". Einrich is the name of the region that extends north-east of the church to the Aartal valley.
