A PLACE TO DREAM: OUR HOLIDAY FLAT IN A FORMER BARN - MODERNLY DEVELOPED AND CHARMINGLY FURNISHED.
Our holiday flat for non-smokers is located in the centre of our small village Langenscheid (562 inhabitants).
It extends over two levels, which are open-plan in design, which contributes to a generous feeling of space due to the high ceilings.
The fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler etc. is on the 1st level. Here you will also find the large bathroom with bathtub and shower.
A staircase leads to the 2nd level, to the open-plan living and dining area and to the bedroom with a double bed, which is 2.20 m long.
The furnishings of the living area include, in addition to the comfortable sofa, a TV with satellite reception and a radio and CD recorder.
Of course, WLAN is also available to our guests.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
A parking space directly in front of the house is at your disposal. We have a lockable garage for your bicycles or motorbikes.
The flat is not barrier-free.
The minimum stay is 4 nights.

EIN PLATZ ZUM TRÄUMEN: UNSERE FERIENWOHNUNG IN EINER EHEMALIGEN SCHEUNE - MODERN AUSGEBAUT UND LIEBEVOLL EINGERICHTET
Im Zentrum unseres kleinen Dorfes Langenscheid (562 Einwohner) liegt unsere Ferienwohnung für Nichtraucher.
Sie erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen, die offen gestaltet sind, was durch die hohen Decken zu einem großzügigen Raumgefühl beiträgt.
Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher etc. liegt auf der 1. Ebene. Hier befindet sich auch das große Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche.
Eine Treppe führt in die 2. Ebene, zum offenen Wohn- und Essbereich und zum Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, das 2,20 m lang ist.
Zur Einrichtung des Wohnbereichs gehören, neben dem gemütlichen Sofa, ein Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang und ein Radio- und CD-Recorder. Natürlich steht unseren Gästen auch WLAN zur Verfügung.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher werden gestellt. Ein Autostellplatz vor dem Haus steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Für Ihre Fahrräder oder auch Motorräder haben wir eine abschließbare Garage.
Die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei.
Der Mindestaufenthalt beträgt 4 Nächte.
