Das 1845 errichtete Gebäude umfasste 30 von der Neuquelle gespeiste Bäder und wurde in dieser Funktion noch bis in die 1960er Jahre zum Kuren betrieben. Nach einer wechselvollen Geschichte beherbergt das Gebäude heute ein Restaurant (carls) und einen Veranstaltungsraum, in dem das hießige Cabarett Casablanca zu sehen ist.

The building, erected in 1845, comprised 30 baths supplied by the new spring and continued to operate in this capacity for curative purposes until the 1960s. After a tumultuous history, the building now houses a restaurant (carls) and an event space where the local cabaret Casablanca can be seen.
