Dass dieses herrschaftliche Hofgut, um 1500 gegründet, zu einem so beliebten Ausflugsziel in der Region geworden ist, liegt einmal an seinem breiten und sehr leckeren Gastronomieangebot: In der „Gutsschänke Neuhof“ werden dir Klassiker wie Rinderrouladen oder Königsberger Klopse auf gehobenem Niveau serviert – drinnen im gemütlichen Jägerzimmer oder dem eleganten Roten Saal und bei schönem Wetter auch draußen auf der Terrasse und im parkähnlichen Außenbereich. Rustikaler und dabei äußerst gemütlich geht’s in der „Wiesenstube“ zu: Du holst dir einfach selbst ein Stück Blechkuchen aus der hauseigenen Backstube oder zum Beispiel Flammkuchen oder Bratwurst an der Theke und suchst dir deinen Platz unter den roten Sonnenschirmen oder an kalten Tagen auch vorm Kamin.
Viele Gäste kombinieren den Gutsbesuch mit einer Wanderung oder einer Radtour durch die Landschaft aus Wäldern, Feldern und Apfelbaumwiesen rings um das Hofgut. Oder mit einer Partie Golf: Gleich nebenan liegt in diesem schönen landschaftlichen Setting mit dem Golf-Club Neuhof die einzige 27-Loch-Anlage in der Region RheinMain. Du kannst übrigens das ganze Jahr über deinen Abschlag verbessern: Neben den zwei Outdoor-Courses mit neun bzw. 18 Löchern gibt’s auch überdachte und zum Teil beheizte Abschlaghütten, eine Indoor-Golfarena und ein weiteres überdachtes Trainingscenter.

Or with a game of golf: right next door in this beautiful scenic setting is the Neuhof Golf Club, the only 27-hole course in the Rhine-Main region. Incidentally, you can improve your swing all year round: In addition to the two outdoor courses with nine and 18 holes, there are also covered and partially heated tee-off huts, an indoor golf arena and another covered training center.
